The Flagged Up Pole is a type of outdoor flag added during Country & Western Week in June 2012. Buying and building this item is part of the Hello, I'm Johnny SimCash and Declaration of SimDependence quests. This item is available to purchase in the shop under the outdoor category until August 29, 2012.
This allows your Sim to fly one of six different types of flags in front of your house. Each flag comes with a different news feed to post and reward for your Sims neighbors.
It is similar to the Flagged Up Pole GB Edition.
